ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Enrolments in Hopscotch Circus classes can be made online, over the phone, or in person.
To enrol a parent/guardian must must fill out the enrolment form, sign an electronic waiver and make payment.

Participants can enrol at any time (subject to availability), if you start your class after week 2 of school term, you will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of that term plus $10 administration fee.
FEES
Hopscotch Circus requires participants to pay in advance or in instalments during school term dates. Flexible payment options are available for people experiencing financial difficulty. Please contact info@hopscotchcircus.org.au for more details.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment must be made before class using the link sent to you via email. We are unable to handle cash or facilitate payments during class time, this includes immediately before and after.
MISSED CLASSES
Hopscotch Circus enrolments are for a fixed term (or portion thereof) the organisation does not offer refunds on missed classes, however make up classes may be available subject to availability. Hopscotch Circus is under no obligation to provide alternate lessons, extra classes, or discounts. It is the responsibility of the participant to book make up class within the time frame.
LATE CANCELLATIONS AND MAKE-UP CLASSES
Participants are allocated 2 make-up sessions per term; these make-up sessions do not carry over to the next term. Make up classes expire 2 weeks after the missed class date. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class please provide 6 hours notice so that Hopscotch Circus can process your cancellation and rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice will be forfeit with no refunds or make up. If the office is unattended please leave a message or email info@hopscotchcircus.com.au
BOOKING A MAKE-UP CLASS
Make up classes must be booked within 2 weeks of the missed lesson (within the same school term). While every effort will be made to accommodate requests please note make up classes are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Hopscotch Circus reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop/class at any time. In the event a class is cancelled by Hopscotch Circus due to insufficient registration, or trainer unavailability, a make-up lesson will be arranged and class credits will be available.
REFUNDS/CREDITS
In the event of injury/severe illness or extenuating circumstances, Hopscotch Circus may offer refunds or credits. For more information please call 0475705676 or email info@hopscotchcircus.com.au
ATTENDANCE
Attendance is taken each class. Consistency is key to developing skills – when students commit to a class they are also committing to other students, especially when working toward group skills.
